It is possible to make transfers in the FREESEND system only in national currency.

The fee for transferring funds using the FREESEND system is paid by the sender of the transfer. The commission for sending a transfer depends on the amount. The size of the commission can be found at the link 

The financial claims of clients are reviewed and answered directly by JSC "BANK CREDIT DNIPRO".

In order to resolve the dispute, the client submits a statement of claim, on the basis of which the bank conducts the appropriate investigation.

The occurrence of disputes between users of the FREESEND system should not affect the execution of properly initiated money transfer operations.

The transfer to FREESEND system is available for payment within 30 calendar days from the date of sending the transfer.

To receive a remittance you need:

• To apply to the nearest branch of JSC "Bank Credit Dnipro"
• Provide a transaction passport or replacement document, and provide a control number of the transfer
• Notify the transaction amount and sender's name
• Sign an application for a transfer, which is executed by an operator
• Receive the transfer amount at the cash register

What is the control number of the transfer?

Each transfer is assigned a unique reference number, the presence of which indicates that this transfer is already available.
The sender of the transfer must inform the recipient of the reference number of the transfer.
Only the one who knows the control number of the transfer may receive a remittance addressed to him, because the reference number of the transfer is one of the mandatory details for the payment transaction.

You can send a transfer in any branch of JSC "BANK CREDIT DNIPRO".
The commission for sending the transfer is paid only by the sender (for the payment of the transfer commission is not charged).
Immediately after receipt of the reference number, the transfer will be available for payment to the recipient.

To send a remittance you need:

• Apply to the nearest branch of the bank
• Provide a transaction passport or replacement document
• Notify the transaction amount and name of the recipient
• Sign an application for sending a transfer, which is executed by an operator, and deposit money into the cash desk
• Notify the recipient of the transfer control number, which will be provided to you by the accountant and indicated on your copy of the transfer request.
• After sending a transfer, only the sender can make changes in the recipient's name of the transfer, if he has the application for sending a transfer and a passport or a document that replaces it. Changes to the transfer can be made if the transfer has not yet been issued to the recipient.

Return of transfer

The return of the transfer can be carried out only by the sender if there is an application for sending a transfer and identity document, and only if the transfer has not yet been issued to the recipient.
Transfer refunds can be made in two cases:

• when the sender himself initiates the return of the transfer (the commission for the transfer is not returned);
• when the transfer was not received within 30 days after the departure ** (the transfer fee is not returned).
